Sign-Up Page for Samsung Galaxy Tab by T-Mobile
All four major US wireless carriers is expected to release their own individual phone plans for the Samsung Galaxy Tab by the last quarter of 2010. While no one has disclosed a price or launch date, T-Mobile has created a sign up page for prospective Galaxy Tab buyers. It’s not like a pre-order page; it’s more like a sign up page for interested consumers to get notification when more information or news about the Galaxy Tab arrives.
Samsung Galaxy Tab is powered by Froyo, Google’s Android 2.2 Operating System and Samsung and T-Mobile together with most other wireless carriers are highlighting its support for Adobe Flash Player 10.1, which makes the device different from the Apple iPad. Its display has a 7-inch touchscreen (1024 x 600 pixels resolution), a Cortex A8 1.0GHz Hummingbird processor, 512MB RAM, a 3-megapixel camera with auto focus and LED Flash, and a secondary 1.3-megapixel front camera for video calls.
T-Mobile’s sign-up page is not set to notify prospect buyers when the tablet is available to purchase. Note that it only states that you’ll be notified “when more information arrives.”
