Purchased the above keypad and was very excited. Have yet to get it to work, no technical supporand return policy is a joke. As of now, wouldn’t recommend it.

Unfortunately both Sprint and Verizon have locked the tab so that the keyboard won't work. I am in the same boat with my Sprint version. Brando now has this fact posted but it's too late for us but they will refund the purchase price if you return it. I'm hoping someone will hack the tab and provide instructions on how to unlock the feature but for now I have it listed on Craigslist for the TMobile version. It does work on that apparently.
I can not get this to work on the wi-fi only version either. I keep getting a message that says "try 0000 or 1234" neither of which will work. I have even tried 9999. I tried Samsung chat for help and the jerk that was suppose to be helping me was talking to me like I was some idiot and didn't know what I was doing. Told me to put the devices closer together…They are practically on top of each other. I was so disgusted, I ended the chat. Does anyone have a fix for this problem now…I am getting really frustrated with this.. I would really appreciate the help.
